Anderson Wins VA 3A Title
VIRGINIA BEACH - OCTOBER 9, 2012 Manchester junior Lyberty Anderson entered Tuesday's final round of the Group AAA state golf tournament trailing Jason Park by one shot. And after 17 holes at Red Wing Lake Golf Club, Park, a senior at James River, still held a one-shot lead heading to the par-5 No. 9. But Anderson is no stranger to pressure. She won the VHSL girls state title as a freshman and three consecutive Richmond Women's Golf Association city tournament titles. Kittelberger Wins NCISAA State Championship
OCTOBER 2012 - Jessica Kittelberger took the NCISAA State Championship at the Donald Ross-designed Mid Pines golf course in Southern Pines. Jessica shot an 80 and also earned recognition as the NCISAA Player of the Year.
